Presentation language

Official languages for presentations can be English, German and French, slides must be in English. In sessions with native English speakers without German or French knowledge, English is the preferred language.
Exception: Abstract presentations must always be given in English.

Speakers Service Centre

The Speakers Service Centre is located on the second floor. It can be accessed directly from the main entrance and is clearly signposted.

Our experienced technicians check each presentation for format, correct representation, smooth animations and working videos. The equipment at the acceptance point is the same as the equipment in the lecture rooms. Once the lectures have been checked, they are transmitted to the corresponding session rooms via the internal network and will be started on the presentation PC there.

All speakers and oral abstract presenters are requested to hand in their presentations via USB compatible memory stick or via your own laptop at least 90 minutes before the respective session starts.
