Paid registration fees will be automatically and fully (100%) refunded to all participants, there is no need to specifically request a refund.

Non-refundable are costs for insurances, name change fees, handling fees such as manual registrations or invoice address changes, bank charges and credit card fees.

If you paid your registration fees by credit card, you will receive the refund to the same credit card. No further action is needed from your side.
